Prof. Dr. Mona Mohamed El-Husseiny Ahmed Ammar is the Dean of Raya Higher Institute for Management and Foreign Trade in New Damietta and Professor of Economics at the Faculty of Commerce, Al-Azhar University. She received her PhD in economics from Al-Azhar University in 2003 in the economics of financial markets. She has distinguished academic and research experience in economics, development and financial markets, has co-authored many academic books and has published research in specialized journals. She has held several academic and administrative positions, most notably head of the Economics Department and director of quality units, and has supervised theses and contributed to the development of academic programs.

Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ismail Abdel-Wahed Abdallah is Professor of Accounting and Auditing and former Dean of Raya Higher Institute for Management and Foreign Trade in New Damietta, with more than four decades of academic and administrative experience in accounting and university administration. He has held many leadership positions, including President of the Workers’ University and Dean of the Delta Higher Institute for Computers, and has contributed to developing academic and administrative programs in higher-education institutions. He has a distinguished record of research published in peer-reviewed journals in auditing, accounting and corporate governance.

Prof. Dr. Tamer Mohamed Moussa Abou El-Makarem is Assistant Professor of Business Administration and Marketing and Vice-Dean for Student and Education Affairs at Raya Higher Institute for Management and Foreign Trade in New Damietta, and also heads the Business Information Systems Department. He received his PhD in business administration from the Faculty of Administrative Sciences in Cairo and has published research on digital transformation, marketing and artificial intelligence in business. He takes an active part in developing the institute’s academic programs and its scientific and training activities.

Prof. Dr. Elsayed Youssef Harraz is Professor of Business Administration at Raya Higher Institute for Management and Foreign Trade in New Damietta, with broad academic and administrative experience in business administration. He received his PhD in business administration from the Faculty of Commerce, Port Said University, and his master’s degree from the Faculty of Commerce, Suez Canal University. He has held prominent positions, including Vice-Dean for Research Affairs and Director of the Quality Assurance Unit, and has played a central role in developing quality and accreditation systems and in preparing the strategic plan and the institutional vision. He has teaching experience in human resource management, financial management, organizational behaviour and international business.

Dr. Osama Mohamed El-Tabei El-Danoun is a faculty member at Raya Higher Institute for Management and Foreign Trade in New Damietta, specializing in accounting and auditing; he received his PhD in accounting from Port Said University. He has distinguished academic and administrative experience in accounting, auditing and financial control, and his research interests include forensic auditing, corporate governance, digital transformation and artificial intelligence in finance. He has held leadership positions at the institute, including Acting Head of the Accounting and Auditing Department and Director of the Academic Advising Unit.
